Unser Artikel in AACs erhält Pfeil Award 2016 des UK Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining

Unser Artikel mit dem Titel: „Electrophoretic deposition of nanostructured TiO2/alginate and TiO2-bioactive glass/alginate composite coatings on stainless steel“, basierend auf den Forschungsergebnissen der Doktorarbeit von Dr. Luis Cordero-Arias, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gruppe von Dr E. Sanchez, Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC), Castellon, Spanien, und Prof. S. Virtanen (FAU Institute for Surface Science and Corrosion), veröffentlicht in Advances in Applied Ceramics [1], wurde für den Pfeil Award 2016 des Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) gewählt. Der Preis erkennt publizierte Arbeit von besonderer Leistung im Bereich der Keramiken an. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Gruppe am ITC Castellon waurde vom Stipendium des European Virtual Institute on Knowledge-based Multifunctional Materials AISBL (KMM-VIN) finanziert.
