Progress Meeting Beethoven 3

Das letzte Progress Meeting unseres internationalen Projektes: „Development of electrophoretic co-deposition of bioactive and antibacterial ceramics with biodegradable polymers to produce novel composite coatings for biomedical applications“ fand am 9. Februar 2021 online statt. Das Projekt wird von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) und dem National Science Centre (NCN) (Polen) gefördert. Das Projekt wird von Prof. Tomasz Moskalewicz, Fakultät für Metalltechnik und industrielle Informatik, AGH University of Science and Technology, und Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini geleitet. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Charakterisierung neuartiger Kompositbeschichtungen mit bioaktiven und antibakteriellen Eigenschaften für orthopädische und zahnmedizinische Anwendungen mittels elektrophoretischer Abscheidung (EPD). Neben Prof. Boccaccini nahmen auch Zoya Hadzhieva und Ranjot Virk (Doktoranden) als Vertreter des Lehrstuhls Biomaterialien an dem Treffen teil. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes sind bereits Arbeiten veröffentlicht worden [1,2].
